I may also obtain publicly available business contact information from sources such as Google Business Profiles, business websites, social media, Companies House and business directories.
How I use your information
I use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and provide free website previews;
- build, host, maintain and support customer websites;
- process subscriptions and payments;
- communicate with customers and prospective customers;
- operate, secure and improve this website;
- measure website usage and advertising performance;
- maintain accounting and business records; and
- comply with legal obligations.
My lawful bases for processing are contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and, where required, consent.
Where I rely on legitimate interests, these include operating and developing my business, responding to enquiries, securing my systems and identifying businesses that may reasonably be interested in my services.
Business prospecting and marketing
I may use publicly available business information to identify and contact prospective UK business customers.

Forms and email
Website forms are provided using WordPress and Gravity Forms. Submissions are stored in the website database and sent to me by email.
Email services are provided by MXRoute. I may also use Brevo for email communications.
Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
Payment details are entered directly into Stripe’s systems. I do not receive or store your full card number.

I do not sell personal information.

- suppression records for as long as reasonably necessary to ensure marketing preferences are respected.
Technical and analytics data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose.
